Citroen SpaceTourer

The two models of the Citroen SpaceTourer are the SpaceTourer M at £34,520.00 OTR and the SpaceTourer XL at £35,220.00 OTR. The four SpaceTourer Trim levels are Business, Feel, Flair and Business Lounge.
Business Level
The Business level at £34,150 has two engine variants; DV5R-6 speed manual and BlueHDi 150 S&S‐6 speed manual.
Feel Level
The Feel level at £34,520 has three engine variants DV5R-6 speed manual, BlueHDi 150 S&S‐6 speed manual, and BlueHDi 180 S&S‐8 speed automatic.
Flair Level
Flair level at £41,045 has two engine variants BlueHDi 150 S&S‐6 speed manual and BlueHDi 180 S&S‐8 speed automatic.
Business Lounge
The Business Lounge at £44,065 has only one engine variant called BlueHDi 180 S&S‐8 speed automatic.
For Flair and Business Lounge levels the easy entry pack is provided which consists of a keyless entry and go (YD01), twin 'hands free' electric sliding rear doors with foot operated sensors (HL04), fuel filler door which is electrically lockable and a 230v socket.
For BlueHDi 150 S&S‐6 speed manual, engine capacity is 1997 cc, max power CEE is 110 / 4000 (kW/rpm), max torque CEE is 370 Nm / 2000 rpm, gross vehicle weight is 2750, maximum speed is 114 mph, accelerates 0-62 mph in 10.3 seconds, and manual transmission.
For BlueHDi 180 S&S‐8 speed automatic, engine capacity is 1997 cc, max power CEE is 130 / 3750 (kW/rpm), max torque CEE is 400 Nm / 2000 rpm, gross vehicle weight is 2705, maximum speed is 115 mph, accelerates 0-62 mph in 8.8 seconds and automatic transmission.
Extras
For colours and equipment, additional cost starts from £545.00 OTR, which includes cumulus grey paintwork, grey "Yumi" cloth trim, and 17-inch full wheel covers.
Specifications
Specifications are electro-hydraulic steering, hands-free sliding side doors, 3 lengths of 4.60 M, 4.95 M and 5.30 M, flexible sliding seats, up to 9 seats, split panoramic roof, opening tailgate window.
Each Citroen Tourer comes with Connect Nav, a new 3D navigation system which can be controlled by voice, 7 inch touch screen, mirror screen, new Head-up display projects actual and recommended speed, cruise control, navigation instructions and collision risk alerts.
Similar Models
The Citroen SpaceTourer competes with the Volkswagen Caravelle or Mercedes Benz Viano in the luxury minibus market but is much cheaper.

Fuel Consumption
Citroen SpaceTourer has the lowest fuel consumption (and impressive miles per gallon) for it’s impressive size. For all variants the miles per gallon ranges from just over 30 to 53.9. This depends on which engine and size of Space Tourer you choose. Some examples are as follows:

Luggage and boot space (with all 7-seats up)
When the third row is folded down, the SpaceTourer resembles a van with a 2,381 litres of luggage capacity and in the XL model the boot space increases to 2,932 litres. The amount it can carry (the payload) is 1,360 kg.
Dimensions
The Citroën SpaceTourer length is 4956 mm (just under 5 meters) and internal length is 2413/637 mm, width is 1920/2204 mm, height is 1890 mm and internal height is 1337 mm.
Citroën SpaceTourer is available in two lengths. The SpaceTourer M is 4.96 meters and the SpaceTourer XL is 5.30 metres. At 1.90m high the Citroën SpaceTourer faces no parking issues at shopping centers. The turning circle is 12.40 metres.
Safety Features
Safety features of the Space Tourer include adaptive cruise control which helps to reduce speed on busy roads of up to 12.5 miles per hour.
The monitoring technology detects vehicles travelling close behind which are hidden by the rear-view mirror and provides an instant warning by a bright orange warning light in the wing mirror.
The speed limit sign recognition uses a camera to read signs and send clear recommendations to the driver to recognise speed limits in real time. The multi-function camera on the upper part of the windscreen detects vehicles, which are moving in the same direction or at a stop.
An automatic sensor at 0-20 mph avoids collision with moving and fixed vehicles or pedestrians and above 20 mph reduces the speed before the collision.
Warranty and Servicing
Citroen has a three-year warranty with two years unlimited mileage cover and a further year with a 60,000-mile limit provided by the dealer. A 12-year anti-perforation with three-year paint warranty package is also available.
Servicing is available up to a year from the car’s first registration date and can be paid in advance for all services up to three years over 35,000 miles.
